Hello, guys! It’s verdaccio. Today I’m going to share some Hog guide. It’s no secret for this card that considered to be forever meta. I’m trying to find some of the cheap cards which can produce synergies well with Hog. So, spoiler alert, the article will talk about some Hog combos which cost less than 10 Elixirs, it’s rather new combos that my team and I try to work it out, turns out it does hahha…. Without further ado, let’s go!
Keep the spirits
The first Hog combination is with the Spirits. The fire and the ice, they’re quite helpful in assisting the Hog into the enemy’s base.
Fire Spirits give 3 splash damages, it just really what the Hog needs, toppling the Hog down will be the job of a swarm army. Troops such as The Goblins, Minions, Skeletons are usually the ones the opponent’s send to kill your Hog. Thus, you might want to give the Fire Spirits the chance to have your Hog’s back. Just place the Fire Spirit after you deploy the Hog.
Ice Spirit give 1 splash damage and freeze any army touched for 1.5 seconds. It can be an effective way to assist the Fire Spirits in wiping any swarm army. But! The main job description for this card is not to wipe swarm army. The use of Ice Spirit is to freeze any damage dealer especially buildings. It’ll be efficient for you to use Ice Spirit to against Inferno Tower or Inferno Dragon Users. Well, just deploy it last, right after you put the Fire Spirit place the Ice at its back.
All right, is the alternative if you’re not confident in using your Ice Spirit correctly. The Job description is rather similar, though. Zap can be used to help Fire Spirits wiping swarm army and use to give Infernos users such a hard time. However, the cost is different by one 1 Elixir more.
Also, you can mix it up with Hog + Zap + Ice Spirit. Yup, you know what to do.
It is the second combination. You can make use of the Ice Golem and let him take all the damage. When the Ice Golem dies, it’ll deliver a splash damage which can kill or at least make the Fire Spirit job easier. And! You can give it an extra speed by deploying him in front of your Hog and let the Hog runs to push the Ice Golem. As usual, the Fire Spirits needs to follow, afterward.
Right, the third one is quite focused on the destroying the enemy tower rapidly. You can start with your deployment of your Hog by the river. It’ll quickly arrive at the enemy’s base and launch the Barrel and the Ice Spirits/ Zap/ Fire Spirits, then. Remember to mind you placement skill. It highly requires your timing and deploying skills to use this combo, though.
Yup, this one is quite famous. The Hog Freeze combo is just currently meta. The Freeze is considered to be the most useful card at the time to use alongside Hog. I think this one is really easy and understandable to use. So, next!
Next one is just a nice combination. The Executioner or I usually call him the wiper He’s just good to use to strike alongside the Hog. Furthermore, whatever army they face, the Executioner can send them back to where ever they come from. However, the combo is rather vulnerable to go against Infernos users, you can use your Ice Spirit or Zap, if you have an Elixir or two left, though.
Well, one combo which requires you to have one of the Legendary Cards. The Legendary Card I’m talking about here is the Log. Most noteworthy, the Log is a swarm wiper, the most awesome wiper in the arena. Despite its inability to target air troops, it can be useful to send any land troops back to where they belong. As a result, the Zap is meant to work on Infernos users but, if you know how to use Ice Spirit correctly, you can use it instead.
Hmm.. the last combo of the year is the Grave Hog. You can make use of the Graveyard card to go with your Hog to deliver a massive attack on your enemy’s base. Most of all, you can start by deploying your Hog first or the Graveyard first. It’s up to you.
That is all guys! If you have some other guides about the Hog, you can share here with the Kingdom guys! Just let me know in the comment column down below. In the meantime, if you find this guide useful, don’t forget to share it with your friends. I’m verdaccio, peace out!
